Almond and Parsley

Ingredients
- 55 gram Almonds (and or Pine) slivered
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Add nut mixture and cook until golden.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in parsley, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Spoon over beef steaks. Fits well with baked potatoes and
capsicum.
