Beef and Balsamic

Ingredients
- 350 gram pasta cooked
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 red onions cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp rosemary chopped
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 500 gram beef mince
- 0.3 cup tomato paste
- 400 gram can tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chicken stock
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Heat oil in saucepan.
- Add onion and cook until starting to caramelise.
- Add rosemary, garlic and mince and cook until mince is
browned.
- Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, stock, water and vinegar.
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer stirring
occasionally until sauce thickens.
- Mix with pasta.
