Brussels Sprouts with bacon and Macadamias

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup macadamias can be replaced by walnuts
- 100 gram bacon chopped
- 500 gram brussels Sprouts trimmed, halved
- 0.3 cup water
- butter
Instructions
- heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook macadamias for
2-3 } or until toasted. Chop.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon,
stirring, until well browned. Set aside.
- Stir brussels Sprouts in the pan until starting to
brown.
- Add water. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until
brussels Sprouts are thender.
- Toss bacon, macadamia, and sprouts together.
