Brussels Sprouts with bacon and Macadamias

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup macadamias can be replaced by walnuts
  • 100 gram bacon chopped
  • 500 gram brussels Sprouts trimmed, halved
  • 0.3 cup water
  • butter

Instructions

  1. heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook macadamias for 2-3 } or until toasted. Chop.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon, stirring, until well browned. Set aside.
  3. Stir brussels Sprouts in the pan until starting to brown.
  4. Add water. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until brussels Sprouts are thender.
  5. Toss bacon, macadamia, and sprouts together.
