Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 125 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 10 g instant coffee powerder
- 50 g chocolate streusel
- 250 g almonds ground
- 60 g icing sugar
Instructions
- Mix 1 egg and 1 egg yellow (keep egg white separate),
sugar, vanilla sugar, coffee powder, and chocolate
streusel.
- Add almonds and mix until dough doesn’t stick.
- Sprinkle with flour, roll out to 1}}, cut out cookies and
bake in preheated oven.
- Beat egg white until hard.
- Add icing sugar slowly and keep mixing until the icing
mass is shiny.
- Brush icing mix on finished baked cookies and let
dry.
