Cheesy Smashed
Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 kilo gram potatoes washed
- 40 gram butter
- 250 milli liter ( 1 cup ) milk
- 1 tbsp flour
- 120 gram ( 1 cup ) cheddar coarsely grated
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp chives finely chopped
Instructions
- Place potatoes on a baking try and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 30}}.
- In the meantime melt butter in saucepan over medium
heat.
- Add flour and cook stirring for 1}}, then remove from
heat.
- Add milk and whisk until well combined. Cook stirring
until sauce boils. Remove from heat.
- Add half the cheddar while stirring.
- Add mustard, paprika, and chives and season with salt and
pepper.
- Cut a small cross in the top of each potato. Gently press
on the top of the potato to slightly open up.
- Spoon the sauce into the cuts and sprinkle with the
remaining cheddar.
- Bake until golden brown. (around 5}})
