Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic clove minced
- 1.5 tsp cumin ground
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili ground
- 1 tbsp coriander chopped
- 650 gram chicken cut in strips
- 3 cap cums cut into strips
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix lime juice, oil, garlic, cumin, salt, chili and
coriander together.
- Add the chicken pieces and let marinate for 30}}.
- Heat a pan on medium-high heat until smoking.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of
the pan.
- Sear the chicken on both sides until golden, charred and
cooked right through.
- Transfer chicken to a warm plate, loosely tent with foil
and let rest.
- Add the peppers and onions to the pan and cook until the
onion is soft and the peppers are slightly charred and cooked
to your liking.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with warmed tortillas, chopped cilantro, guacamole,
cucumber slices, onion slices, and sour cream.
