Flourless Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 65 milli liter boiling water
- 200 gram butter chopped
- 180 gram dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp cocoapowder
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 220 gram almonds ground
Instructions
- Combine coffee, water, butter, and chocolate in a saucepan
over low heat.
- Cook stirring constantly until melted. Set aside.
- In bowl combine egg yolks and sugar.
- Beat until light yellow.
- Beat in second bowl egg whites until stiff.
- Combine, chocolate mixture, almonds, and egg yolk
mixture.
- Fold egg whites into mixture.
