Ingredients
- 270 milli liter Vegtebale stock
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves
- 1 clove garlic
- 750 milli liter red wine
- 50 gram bacon pieces
- 1 onion finely cubed
Instructions
- Heat vegetable stock in a cup.
- Fry onion and garlic in a another cooking pot.
- Add bacon cloves until browned.
- Pour in wine and vegtable stock.
- Let boil for range8}10}}.
- Then pour it in the caquelon through a sieve and put on
the rechaud.
Prepare around 250}} of meat per person cut into small
cubes. Best suited is pork and beef.
