Garlic and Lime marinade

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 3 tbsp salt
• 9 cloves garlic chopped
• 1.5 tbsp black pepper bround
• 2 tbsp cumin
• 1.5 tsp pregano
• 1 tbsp lime zest
• 1/2 cup lime juice

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Put in mortar and process until well minced.
