Garlic Confit

Ingredients
- 6 garlic bulbs cloves separated
- 3 bay leaves
- olive oil
Instructions
- Place the garlic and bay leaves in a pan.
- Cover completely with oil.
- Cook for 5 mins or until small bubbles start to
appear.
- Reduce heat and let cook for around 40mins or longer until
the garlic is soft.
- Fill into a jar and set aside to cool.
