Ingredients
- 2 cup rice steamed
- 500 g lamb
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves
- garlic salt
- tumeric lots of it
- smoked paprika
- 2 cans of red kidney beans
- 1 can of Per an Spice mix (Alvand) for Ghormeh Sabzi
- 4 dried lemons
Instructions
- Fry garlic, onion, and meat
- Add tumeric paprika and garlic salt
- Add boiling water to cover
- Add herbs
- Add kidney beans
- Make holes into the lemons with a fork and add to the
stew
- Let simmer for at least an hour. Longer does not
matter.
