Hot Honeyed
Carrots

Ingredients
- 3 bunches Dutch carrots heads trimmed and peeled
- 60 gram butter
- 0.75 cup Vegetables stock
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp sage
Instructions
- Melt butter and honey in a large deep frying pan.
- Add carrots and toss to coat in mixture.
- Pour over the stock and the herbs.
- Cover and simmer for for 5}} or until just tender.
- Remove cover, bring to the boil and cook for about 8}}
until liquid has evaporated and carrots are golden and
caramelised, turning occasionally.
