House Bread
Ingredients
- 500 gram flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 20 gram yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 350 milli liter water
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Form ball and let rest in a bowl covered with a towel
until doubled in size.
- Form bread by pressing the dough flat then folding all the
sides to the middle and turn around.
- Dust with flower and cut couple of times in both
direction.
- Place on baking tray, and place a small bowl filled with
water next to the bread and bake for 10}} in oven on
240}°}.
- Reduce heat to 180}°} without opening the door.
To make 2 Knusperbrote the forming changes: - Separate the
dough in two parts - Form a roll with each. Die Rollen falten,
