Hörnli mit Ghackets

  • Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 350 gram pasta cooked
  • butter
  • 400 g beef mince
  • 1 onions finely chopped
  • 100 milli liter redwine
  • 200 milli liter beef stock
  • tomatopaste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp herbs (like parsley, oregano, ba l)

Instructions

  1. Put butter in frying pan and fry mince beef.
  2. Add onions, fry for a short time.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer covered for 15minutes.
  4. Remove lid and let simmer until it thickens a bit.
  5. Mix with pasta.
