Ingredients
- 350 gram pasta cooked
- butter
- 400 g beef mince
- 1 onions finely chopped
- 100 milli liter redwine
- 200 milli liter beef stock
- tomatopaste
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp herbs (like parsley, oregano, ba l)
Instructions
- Put butter in frying pan and fry mince beef.
- Add onions, fry for a short time.
- Add remaining ingredients and let simmer covered for
15minutes.
- Remove lid and let simmer until it thickens a bit.
- Mix with pasta.
