Ingredients

  • 500 gram potatoes quartered
  • 1 leek thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green cabbage shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 120 gram sour cream
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes until tender.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan and cook until it softens.
  3. Add garlic and cabbage and cook until cabbage wilts.
  4. Mash potatoes.
  5. Stir in sour cream and leek mixture.
