Maple Dijon Marinade for pork

Ingredients

  • ( 1/4 cup ) red wine vinegar
  • ( 1/4 cup ) coarse grain dijon mustard or normal mustard
  • ( 1/4 cup ) maple syrup
  • ( 1/4 cup ) olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Marinade pork in zip lock bag in fridge until ready to be used.

Marinated pork can be frozen for up to 3 months.
