Ingredients
- ( 1/4 cup ) red wine vinegar
- ( 1/4 cup ) coarse grain dijon mustard or normal
mustard
- ( 1/4 cup ) maple syrup
- ( 1/4 cup ) olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Marinade pork in zip lock bag in fridge until ready to be
used.
Marinated pork can be frozen for up to 3 months.
