Okonomiyaki

Ingredients
- 6 spring onions
- 150 gram pork mince
- 1.5 cup flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1.5 cup wombok shredded
- 2 eggs lightly whisked
- oil
- 2 tbsp worcestershiresauce
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Place half the spring onion in a bowl of iced water. Set
aside.
- Fry the mince on high heat, stirring with a wooden spoon
to break up any lumps, until cooked through. Transfer to a
bowl.
- Mix flour, stock and eggs in a large bowl.
- Add the pork, 1 cup of the wombok and remaining spring
onion to the batter. Stir to combine.
- Make pancakes with the batter in a frying pan and cook
until bubbles appear on the surface.
- Turn and brush cooked surface with a little worcestershire
sauce. Cook until through. Turn and cook until surface
caramelises.
- Transfer to a large plate and drizzle with mayonnaise. Top
with the remaining wombok and spring onion.
- Repeat with remaining dough.
