Oven Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breast pounded to 1.5 centi meter thickness
• olive oil
• multicolumn 2 l textbf Seasoning:
• 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp dried oregano or thyme
• 0.25 tsp garlic powder
• 0.5 tsp each salt and pepper
• multicolumn 2 l textbf Garnish, optional:
• parsley finely chopped

Instructions

1. Mix all seasoning ingredients together.
2. Line tray with foil and baking paper.
3. Drizzle chicken on both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
4. Place on tray and bake for 18}}, or until surface is golden, or internal temperature is 75}°}.
5. Remove from oven and immediately transfer chicken to serving plates.
