Paprika Dip with spring onions and chives

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 Spring onions finely sliced
- 1 tbsp Chives finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp sweet smoked Paprika powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- black pepper optional
Instructions
- Put the sour cream and mayonaise into a bowl and mix
well.
- Add the spring onion, chives, paprika, and salt to the dip
and mix.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Let cool in fridge for about an hour.
You can use greek yogurt instead of the mayonnaise.\ Stays
fresh up to 3 days in the fridge if covered.\ Fits well to
chips.
