Paprika Dip with spring onions and chives

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 Spring onions finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp Chives finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sweet smoked Paprika powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • black pepper optional

Instructions

  1. Put the sour cream and mayonaise into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the spring onion, chives, paprika, and salt to the dip and mix.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  4. Let cool in fridge for about an hour.

You can use greek yogurt instead of the mayonnaise.\ Stays fresh up to 3 days in the fridge if covered.\ Fits well to chips.
