Cook spaghetti following packet directions or until al
dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup (250ml) cooking liquid. Step

Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large frying pan over
medium-high heat for 5 mins or until crisp. Step 3
Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 mins or
until heated through. Drain. Add one-third of the peas to the
bacon in the pan. Step 4
Process remaining peas in a food processor with garlic,
pine nuts, parmesan and basil leaves until smooth. With the
motor running, add olive oil. Add to the pasta with the bacon
mixture and reserved cooking liquid. Season and toss to
combine.
