coconut margarita

Ingredients
- 250 gram frozen pineapple pieces
- 200 milli liter light coconut cream chilled
- 125 milli liter 1/2 cup tequilla
- 60 milli liter 1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur
- 2 limes zested,juiced
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and process until
smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly among serving glasses and
decorate.
Decorate with dried pineapple flowers, shaved line rind,
and shaved coconut.
