Proscuitto-wrapped chicken with honey-roaster pears

Ingredients
- 50 gram butter chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 firm, ripe pears quartered
- 4 chicken breasts
- 0.5 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices proscuitto
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped
Instructions
- Place butter and honey in a shallow roasting pan.
- Place in oven for 5}}.
- Place pears in roasting pan and toss to coat in honey
mixture.
- Roast for 10}}.
- Remove from oven and toss again.
- Meanwhile, lightly sprinkle chicken with paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large, non-stick frying pan.
- Cook chicken over medium-high heat for 2}} each side.
- Set aside for 5}} to cool slightly.
- Wrap proscuitto around each chicken breast.
- Return chicken to frying pan shortly to coat proscuitto in
oil.
- arrange chicken on top of pears and return to oven for
