Ingredients

  • 1/2 red cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 onion chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, add vinegar, sugar, onion and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bring o a boil.
  3. Add cabbage and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10}}.
