Remoulade

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp creme fraiche
  • 5 small gurkin sliced small
  • 1 tbsp capers chopped
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 1 tbsp chives (purl oe g) chopped
  • dill
  • 1 tsp course mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Leave in fridge for preferably at least 1 hr. Gets better overnight.

Add soury ingredients. These work well
