Shredded brussels sprouts with crispy bacon

Ingredients
- 1 kilo gram brussels sprouts thinly sliced
- olive oil
- 8 rashers streaky bacon sliced
- 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Fry bacon in a saucepan until crisp.
- Add garlic and stir until aromatic.
- Add brussels sprouts and cook stirring constantly, until
bright green and start to soften.
- Transfer to serving bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and
season with salt and pepper.
