Shredded brussels sprouts with crispy bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo gram brussels sprouts thinly sliced
  • olive oil
  • 8 rashers streaky bacon sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon in a saucepan until crisp.
  2. Add garlic and stir until aromatic.
  3. Add brussels sprouts and cook stirring constantly, until bright green and start to soften.
  4. Transfer to serving bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
