Ingredients
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.25 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.25 kilo gram beef
Instructions
- Combine mustard, juice, garlic, pepper, and oil.
- Rinse meat and place on tray.
- Brush with mustard mix and cook for 10}} then reduce oven
temperature to 140}°}.
- Roast 3}}. Baste every hour with the mustard mix.
- When finished cooking remove from oven and cover with
alu-foil and rest 30}}.
