Smoked salmon and sour cream baked eggs

Ingredients

  • 200 gram sour cream
  • 1.5 tbsp dill
  • num 1/4 red onion finely chopped
  • 50 gram smoked slamon chopped
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream and dill in a small bowl. Season with pepper.
  2. Scatter onion in four ramekins.
  3. Divide salmon and half the sour cream mixture among the ramekins.
  4. Crack an egg into each.
  5. Top with remaining sour cream mixture.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 }.
