Smoked salmon and sour cream baked eggs

Ingredients
- 200 gram sour cream
- 1.5 tbsp dill
- num 1/4 red onion finely chopped
- 50 gram smoked slamon chopped
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Combine sour cream and dill in a small bowl. Season with
pepper.
- Scatter onion in four ramekins.
- Divide salmon and half the sour cream mixture among the
ramekins.
- Crack an egg into each.
- Top with remaining sour cream mixture.
- Bake for 12 to 15 }.
