Ingredients
- 150 gram sour dough starter
- 300 gram water
- 400 gram flour
- 10 gram salt
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients with sourdough starter.
- Add in flour and salt.
- Let rest for 30}} covered with wet towel.
- Form ball.
- Let rest for range5}12}} until it doubled in size.
- Optional: Stretch and fold the dough every hour during the
above resting period.
- Shape the bread.
- Let rest for 30}} in a dutch oven lined with baking
paper.
- Cut the top and put in preheated oven.
- Bake for 20}} with lid on.
- Remove lid and bake for a further 30}}.
- Take bread out of the dutch oven and bake for another
10}}.
