Spätzli und Chnöpfli

Ingredients

  • 500 gram flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • nutmeg
  • 300 milli liter milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and stir until it bubbles.
  2. Let sit for 30 min
  3. Put dough in protions through a Chnoepfli sieb into boiling salt water. Once floating on the top put in cold water.

Keep refrigerated for 1 week or freeze.

Fry before serving.
