Ingredients
- 500 gram flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- nutmeg
- 300 milli liter milk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and stir until it bubbles.
- Let sit for 30 min
- Put dough in protions through a Chnoepfli sieb into
boiling salt water. Once floating on the top put in cold
water.
Keep refrigerated for 1 week or freeze.
Fry before serving.
