Dough
Ingredients
- 200 gram flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp water
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt.
- Mix egg, oil and water well and add to flour.
- Knead until dough is smooth.
- Form a ball and let rest.
Minced Meat filling
Ingredients
- 80g butter
- 500g minced meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp cream
- parsley
- cayennepepper
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan and fry onions until slightly
browned, set aside. Melt the remaining butter.
- Mix minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, egg, cream, and
parsley.
- Roll the strudel dough on a clean towel very thin.
- Paint butter on the dough and put filling on half of the
dough, leave space at the edges.
- Wrap the borders and roll the strudel.
- Put on a lined tray and coat with the remaining melted
butter and bake.
