Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 100 gram Puderzucker
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • coffee liqueur
  • 500 gram Mascaropne
  • 250 milli liter coffee
  • 200 gram Loeffel bisquits

Instructions

  1. Whip egg whites
  2. Mix Puderzucker, egg yolks, and liqueur until light
  3. Add mascarpone and egg whites.
  4. Mix coffee and the liqueur
  5. Dip Loeffelbisquits in coffee mixture
  6. Stack bisquits and cream mixture.

Refrigerate for at least one hour.
