Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 100 gram Puderzucker
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- coffee liqueur
- 500 gram Mascaropne
- 250 milli liter coffee
- 200 gram Loeffel bisquits
Instructions
- Whip egg whites
- Mix Puderzucker, egg yolks, and liqueur until light
- Add mascarpone and egg whites.
- Mix coffee and the liqueur
- Dip Loeffelbisquits in coffee mixture
- Stack bisquits and cream mixture.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
