Ingredients

  • 240 gram flour
  • 150 milli liter water
  • 10 gram olive oil
  • 5 gram salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp yeast

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Knead to a smooth dough.
  3. Let rest for 20}}. (optional)
  4. Separate dough and wall into thin round sheets.
  5. Fry in olive oil on high heat until slightly brown.

Tortillas can be frozen for up to 6 months.
