White sauce

Ingredients
- 1l milk
- 100g butter
- 50g flour
Instructions
- Heat milk in a microwave-safe jug in the microwave on high
(100%) for 2 mins or until hot.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium
heat.
- Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 min or
until grainy.
- Remove from heat. Gradually add the milk, whisking to
combine.
- Return to medium heat. Bring to the boil and cook,
whisking, for 5 mins or until the sauce thickens. Season.
