Ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 20 g yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 60 g butter
  • 350 milli liter milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Put flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix yeast and sugar.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Put milk, yeast sugar mixture, and butter to flour and make a geschmeidigen dough.
