Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 20 g yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 60 g butter
- 350 milli liter milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Put flour and salt in a bowl.
- Mix yeast and sugar.
- Melt butter.
- Put milk, yeast sugar mixture, and butter to flour and
make a geschmeidigen dough.
- Let grow to twice the size (ca. 20}})
- Braid the zopf and let grow again for 20}} before
baking.
