5.6.5 Maple Dijon Marinade for pork

Ingredients

| | | (1 ∕ 4 cup) | red wine vinegar |
| | | (1 ∕ 4 cup) | coarse grain dijon mustard | or normal mustard |
| | | (1 ∕ 4 cup) | maple syrup |
| | | (1 ∕ 4 cup) | olive oil |
| 1 | tsp | | salt |
| 2 | sprigs | | rosemary |

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Marinade pork in zip lock bag in fridge until ready to be used.
Notes:
Marinated pork can be frozen for up to 3 months.
