Ingredients

| 2 | cup | rice | steamed |
| 600 | g | chicken breast | diced |
| | | butter |
| | salt and pepper |
| 1 | tbsp | butter |
| 2 | tbsp | flour |
| 1 | tbsp | curry |
| 200 | ml | chicken stock |
| 200 | ml | milk |
| 200 | g | pineapple |

Instructions
- Fry chicken in portions, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
- Optional: Fry pineapple in the same pan, set aside.
- Put butter in pan.
- Add flour and curry, stirr well.
- Add stock and milk and bring to boil.
- Add chicken and pineapple. Let cook for about 10 min until nicely
creamy.
Notes:
Fried banana fits very well.
