| 500 | g | minced meat |

Instructions
- Heat 50 g butter in a pan and fry onions until slightly browned, set
aside. Melt the remaining butter.
- Mix minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, egg, cream, and parsley.
- Roll the strudel dough on a clean towel very thin.
- Paint butter on the dough and put filling on half of the dough,
leave 2 cm space at the edges.
- Wrap the borders and roll the strudel.
- Put on a lined tray and coat with the remaining melted butter and
bake.
