Ingredients

| 500 | g | flour |
| 2 | tsp | salt |
| 20 | g | yeast |
| 1 | tsp | sugar |
| 60 | g | butter |
| 350 | ml | milk |
| 1 | | egg |

Instructions
- Put flour and salt in a bowl.
- Mix yeast and sugar.
- Melt butter.
- Put milk, yeast sugar mixture, and butter to flour and make a
geschmeidigen dough.
- Let grow to twice the size (ca. 20 min)
- Braid the zopf and let grow again for 20 min before baking.
