6.2.1 Flourless Chocolate Cake

Serves: Spring form with 22 cm diameter
Time in oven/on stove: 40 min
Ingredients

| 1 | tsp | instant coffee |
| 65 | ml | boiling water |
| 200 | g | butter | chopped |
| 180 | g | dark chocolate |
| 2 | tbsp | cocoapowder |
| 4 | | eggs |
| 1 | cup | caster sugar |
| 220 | g | almonds | ground |

Instructions
- Combine coffee, water, butter, and chocolate in a saucepan over
low heat.
- Cook stirring constantly until melted. Set aside.
- In bowl combine egg yolks and sugar.
- Beat until light yellow.
- Beat in second bowl egg whites until stiff.
- Combine, chocolate mixture, almonds, and egg yolk mixture.
- Fold egg whites into mixture.
