Ingredients

| 1 | | onion | peeled and quartered |

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a pot and cover with water.
- Bring to boil and simmer for at least 4 h.
- Strain soup into an other container.
Notes:
Freeze in ice cube tray for later use.
