4.4.1 Brussels Sprouts with bacon and Macadamias

Ingredients

| 0.25 | cup | macadamias | can be replaced by walnuts |
| 100 | g | bacon | chopped |
| 500 | g | brussels Sprouts | trimmed, halved |
| 0.3 | cup | water |
| | | butter |

Instructions
- heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook macadamias for 2-3
min or until toasted. Chop.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon, stirring,
until well browned. Set aside.
- Stir brussels Sprouts in the pan until starting to brown.
- Add water. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until brussels
Sprouts are thender.
- Toss bacon, macadamia, and sprouts together.
