| 1 | kg | brussels sprouts | thinly sliced |
| | | olive oil |
| 8 | rashers | streaky bacon | sliced |
| 2 | cloves | garlic | thinly sliced |
| 2 | tbsp | lemon juice |

Instructions
- Fry bacon in a saucepan until crisp.
- Add garlic and stir until aromatic.
- Add brussels sprouts and cook stirring constantly, until bright green
and start to soften.
- Transfer to serving bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and season with
salt and pepper.
